My massage was unbelievable!!! I went in thinking, OK I'll get unwound but my back and shoulders will still be stiff (I have cronic stiffness due to TMJ). The male therapist I got was able to deliver a deep powerful massage that got every muscle , tendon, and ligament relaxed. No more chiropractors or physical therapy for me, the Synergy massage is my new doctor!

I love this place. The colors are soothing and the ambiance makes you relax as soon as you walk in. The staff was very nice and accomodating - asking if I needed anything and eager to get it. I felt very comfortable. No worries about fungal issues - the tubs were CLEAN! I also had a message and the therapist was willing to go as gentle or deep as I needed depending upon the areas of my body.

Convenient location, really nice environment and a great masseuse! Mani/pedi facilities also looked very nice, charming ownership!

This Day Spa is truly a MAGNIFICENT place to relax and be beautified. The environment is very friendly and relaxing. Service always included smiles and warm welcome. I am not originally from the DC area and did not know this place. I yahoo searched Day spa and thought I would try it out. I love it..oh and the bathroom..awesome.

I went to Synergy Day Spa not knowing what to expect, because they are new. The staff were extremely friendly, and professional. Also, the facial and deep tissue massage I received was great! I left the spa with a glowing face and a relaxed body. They are the best!!!

My co-worker and I said lets take a half-a-day and go to the spa! So we picked Synergy Day Spa. I am in love with this place. They made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door. Very personal and professional!! I'm going back for waxings in 2 weeks...can't wait!!

The friendly atmosphere was enough to bring me back. My facial was wonderful with thorough painless extractions!

I recently came in for a synergy splurge package which I highly recommend! the whole staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and made me feel quite comfortable. The spa is quite charming and a warm atmosphere. The therapists were extremely professional.

Looks nice, but could use some stronger AC. Maybe I hit them on a bad day, but it all seemed half-baked = no cups for water, a mostly empty nut bowl, almost no TP in the bathroom - I just wanted more spa-y type stuff - like they were expecting me. The services were fine, but they need to pay attention to the other stuff, it counts too when I'm paying that much for sevices.

The place was cute but lacking in atmosphere and a bit dirty (wax on the floor sticking to my shoes, bathroom lookin rough.) I can say the nail lady is great.
