We were very impressed with how easy the bike was to assemble. Our son absolutely loves, loves,loves his KinderBike. All during the summer he rode it daily. We took it to the mountains with us when we went camping and he rode it up and down the dirt roads. He doesn't want to go to a"big boys's bike" since this one is so much fun. We ordered a bike, but did not get around to opening it until a month or two later. Upon opening it to assemble, we noticed that the bike was slightly damaged during shipping. We were concerned since they require notification within 30 days of purchase for shipping damages. However, upon contacting them they agreed to replace the damaged unit, no questions asked, at no cost to us. Our son loves it. Great bike. Great customer service.

I originally posted this review at ThisNext and am copying here because it's easier than re-writing. OMG! I got this for my daughter at 22 months and assembled it for her second birthday. It was soooo cute! Elsie saw it and threw a fit so I had to let her try it (she's tall for her age). She did the tippy toe thing for a few days, then just kinda got the hang of it. Was gliding around on it before she was 2! These kinder bikes are pretty cool.

I bought one of these after reading a bunch of good reviews for it on the internet. We were very satisfied with the product. My only gripe (why I only gave it 4 stars) was that I couldn't buy it locally, but had to order over the web (which I don't like to do). The bike arrived in 4 days though. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to teach a toddler to ride a bike. Alvin
