No sure what LincPark08 is talking about cause the guys did a great job with my toilet installation. Customer service rep had a fully licensed plumber on my doorstep within the hour of my call told me about the consultation charge upfront before arrival. Price for installation was on par for fully licensed plumbing work. Bottom line the job was done right the first time at a fair price. As they always say you get what you pay for.

Produced wildly high estimate for simple faucet reinstallation and then charges $80 fee for in-house estimate if you balk at their rip-off prices. BEWARE! Go elsewhere and save money.
