I took myself and my husband as gift for him. We enjoyed our visit. This was the first time he's ever been there or at a spa period. He can't wait until he gets a cahnce to go back. |

I just expected so much more for a fabulous Boston spa. A bit disappointed. Couldn't even compete with the Robert Andrews Dayspa in my own backyard of Crofton, MD. Even the locker room couldn't have been any bigger than 10x10 feet, with only 2 showers! What spa only has 2 showers! I won't go back, that is for sure. Mostly because what you pay doesn't reflect what you get. |

Do not go here unless you want to over pay and have horrible service. The staff was rude, the massage I received was awful and it was over priced. I even wrote a letter to the owner and spa director and NEVER got a response. I will never return to this place. |

When making an appointment at Giuliano, leave all valuables at home. I had an incident where the staff actually went through my locker and after paying $150 for my massage, I was then missing $30 in cash from my wallet. I contacted the "high end spa" and NEVER received a call back from the manager. NO Best of Boston Reviews here!!! By the way...the massage wasn't worth the money that I paid - go somewhere else and save yourself the money and frustration...oh, and don't forget to take all of your belongings with you into the massage - I wouldn't trust the "lockers" when the staff all have a universal code that opens them... |
