The price is right as well - only $12.99 (not including tip). Reservations are recommended, especially during lunch hour. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I am biased because I've been a customer of John's (the owner)for over 20 years. However, he, his brother and the other barbers at Downtown Barbers have always been a welcoming while providing a good cut at a great price. John's great sense of humor permeats the place. And when you show up without an appointment, you can often get squeezed in for a cut in 15-30 minutes (although lunchtime is tough with no appointment at any barber shop). I recommend Downtown Barbers highly for their service, friendliness and value for the cut.

Located in dingy basement area. Barber was not pleasant and took less than 10 minutes to cut hair. Barber was not very receptive to my requests and became snappy when I asked him to do as I asked.
Never going again.
