Members should NOT:

a. Post reviews that are defamatory, libelous, slanderous, harmful, demeaning, threatening, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically motivated, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, personal or otherwise inappropriate.

b. Post content that infringes on any trademark, patent or copyright of any individual or business.

c. Post confidential or proprietary information.

d. Post any information in violation of local, state, or federal law.
